Your Presto CASH BACK will never expire. It is just like your Presto Wallet or bank account balance!

You can purchase Presto deals using CASH BACK, Presto Wallet as well as Credit/Debit Cards.

You can use CASH BACK to purchase any deals by selecting CASH BACK as your payment method during checkout process. Should the CASH BACK be insufficient to pay full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using Credit/Debit Cards.

Top up your Presto Wallet and you can use your wallet credit to purchase selected deals by selecting Presto Wallet as your payment method during checkout process. Should the wallet credit be insufficient to pay full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using Credit/Debit Cards.

During checkout process, tap [Choose Payment Method] >, choose your registered bank card or [Add a new payment method] to register a new bank card for your purchase.

This varies based on each seller’s terms and conditions. Be sure to read “About the Deal”, “Redemption Details” and “Terms & Conditions” before making a purchase.

  2. Tap [Orders]
  3. Tap [Active]
  4. Select the order which you wish to redeem
  5. Tap [Details] to reveal the QR Code for scanning or you may tap [Redeem] to scan the seller's QR Code

If your order falls under “Instant Fulfilment”, you may redeem it right after you made the payment. If your order falls under “Deferred Fulfilment”, you may only redeem the order according to the redemption date & period stated under “Redemption Details”.

Yes, your order will expire according to the redemption period set by sellers. Please read the “Redemption Details” carefully for its validity, redemption period and expiry date. 

All expired orders that are unredeemed will be voided automatically and are not eligible for refunds.

i.    Wallet Top up – Top up your Presto Wallet using JomPAY or Credit/Debit Cards issued by Malaysian banks

ix.   Withdraw – Withdraw money from Presto Wallet to your Malaysian bank account. Each withdrawal incurs a processing fee of RM2.00 (subject to SST) and may take up to 10 working days to be processed depending on your bank

To upgrade to Premium Wallet, verify your identity by submitting Know Your Customer (KYC) verification request using your Malaysian Identity Card (IC):

i.    Navigate to [Wallet]

ii.   Tap [Upgrade]

iii.  Select [MyKad]

iv.  Complete the steps by providing information as below:

  • Photo of the front part of your IC
  • Photo of the back part of your IC
  • Photo of your IC next to your face

v.    Submit your full name as per IC and your IC number

We will update you on the KYC verification status within 1 working day.

To upgrade to Premium Wallet, verify your identity by submitting KYC verification request using your Passport:

 

i.    Navigate to [Wallet]

ii.   Tap [Get Verified]

iii.  Select [Passport]

iv.  Complete the steps by providing information as below:

  • Photo of the personal information page of your passport
  • Photo of the personal information page of your passport next to your face

v.    Submit your Full name as per your passport, passport number, nationality, birthday, and gender

We will update you on the KYC verification status within 1 working day.

Account verification for Premium Wallet is a requirement by Bank Negara Malaysia. It will also help us safeguard you from financial crimes and decrease the risk of fraudulent transactions.

i.    Navigate to [Wallet]

 

ii.   Tap [Top Up]

 

iii.    Choose your Top Up Methods: [Credit/Debit Card issued by Malaysian banks] or [JomPAY]

 

iv.    Follow the steps to complete the top up process

The minimum amount for top up of money into Presto Wallet is RM10.00 per transaction.  

The daily transaction limit for Presto Wallet is RM 1,000.00.

Your Presto Wallet balance will never expire. It is just like your bank account balance!

You can pay to participating merchants by using [Scan] or [QR Pay] feature:-

a) Scan

i.    Navigate to [Scan] on the home screen of Presto Wallet

 

ii.    Scan QR Code provided by the merchant

 

iii.    Enter the payment amount and tap [Continue]

 

iv.    Verify your payment details and proceed to [Confirm Payment]. You can toggle your payment method between Presto Wallet and CASH BACK by tapping [Change] 

 

v.    Authorize the transaction by entering your 6-digit PIN or Biometric Verification

 

vi.    You will receive a payment notification of the transaction

 

b) QR Pay

i.    Navigate to [QR Pay] on the home screen of Presto Wallet. You can toggle your payment method between Presto Wallet and CASH BACK by tapping [Change] below the QR Code

 

ii.    Show your QR Code to the merchant for scanning

 

iii.    Verify your payment details and proceed to [Confirm Payment]

 

iv.    Authorize the transaction by entering your 6-digit PIN or Biometric Verification*

 

v.    You will receive a payment notification of the transaction

*NOTE: No authorization is required for payment transactions of RM100 and below, up to 5 times per day. 

The payment method options available for [Scan] and [QR Pay] are:-

You can only make payment with either one of the options above for each transaction. Please make sure you have sufficient balance in your Presto Wallet or CASH BACK before making payment.

Your unsuccessful payment might be due to the following reasons:

iii.   You have reached your daily transaction limit*

Pass Code” is a set of code which is created by the sender in “Enter a pass code”. It is an optional step while you transfer money to others. The recipient will need to enter the passcode from you in order to receive the money.

Lucky Money” enables you to send money to more than one person whereas “Transfer” only allows one recipient.

We support withdrawal to local bank accounts, which means you must have a Malaysian bank account in your name, to withdraw money from Presto Wallet.

v.   Key in your bank account number (Omit spaces & dashes)

vi.   You must agree to the withdrawal terms before tapping [Withdraw Funds]

The withdrawal request may take up to 10 working days to be processed depending on your bank.

 

Yes. A processing fee of RM2.00 (subject to SST) will be charged for every withdrawal (“withdrawal fee”). The withdrawal fee will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

NOTE: SST means sales and services tax as imposed under the Sales Tax Act 2018 and Service Tax Act 2018, as may be amended from time to time.

The minimum amount of money transfer is RM1.00, whereas the minimum amount of withdrawal shall not be less than the withdrawal fee (including SST).

The maximum amount of money transfer and withdrawal is subject to the daily transaction limit of Presto Wallet, which is RM1,000.00 per day.

Prepaid Top Up

Navigate to [Prepaid] and top up with Presto Wallet or CASH BACK. After payment, depending on the product purchased, either the airtime will be automatically reflected into your mobile prepaid account, or you will receive a PIN code in the Presto app.

There is no cumulative transaction limit on the amount for mobile prepaid and game credit top up. However, you can top up a mobile prepaid or game credit account once (1) only in every two (2) hours (from the last transaction on the same account).

If you requested for the wrong product and/ or keyed in the wrong mobile number and confirmed the purchase, the transaction cannot be cancelled. The amount will be debited from your Presto Wallet or CASH BACK and no refund is allowed.

Bill Payment

Navigate to [Bills] and make payment to billers via Presto Wallet or CASH BACK. Your biller account will be updated in one (1) working day after payment is successful.

The maximum transaction limit of each bill payment is RM500.00, whereby payment transaction to a biller account is limited to once (1) per day.

NOTE: Payment transaction to each biller account under TM services (Fixed Line/ Streamyx/ Unifi) is also limited to 5 times per calendar month.

There is NO LIMIT to the number of deals a seller can put up at one time. This varies based on your business direction and objectives. Do contact our sales team for strategic advice.

You can repost the same deal upon its expiry. Listing two or more of the same deals at the same time is not allowed. However, it is recommended that you have different deals to boost sales and attract more shoppers.
